The exhibition introduces
the Vietnam International Industrial Manufacturing Technology and equipment exhibition-VIMEXPO is an industrial and manufacturing exhibition approved by the Prime Minister of Vietnam. It is held under the sponsorship and guidance of the Ministry of Industry and trade of Vietnam, it is the largest, most well-known, influential and popular industry event in Vietnam. It is the flagship annual exhibition of Vietnamese Industry 4.0. The fair is heavily supported by Vietnamese ministries and Government of the People's Republic of China from the city of Hanoi, and is packed with manufacturing leaders from around the world. The annual exhibition with its good reputation and extensive publicity, attracted the attention of the same industry from home and abroad. Vimexpo 2022 was held at the Vietnam International Exhibition Centre (Ice) , with an exhibition area of 15,000 square metres. There were 350 exhibitors, with foreign companies accounting for about 60 per cent and local companies accounting for about 40 per cent. The exhibition was attended by 25,000 people and the professional audience rate was as high as 70% . Enterprises from Vietnam, China, the United States, South Korea, Japan, France, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Russia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and more than a dozen other countries and regions have participated in and conducted multilateral trade negotiations, on-site turnover exceeds $120 million. Vimexpo is a must-see platform for Chinese companies aiming to expand into Vietnam and ASEAN.
